願いの夢。。。

I downloaded gimp a couple of weeks ago. My computer didn't like Corel Photo Paint 8 apparently, and the entire program deleted itself several months ago. That's why I haven't uploaded any digital art in like forever. Anyway, gimp is amazing. It actually has LAYERS!! My old art program didn't, and that's why it always took me like a whole day to color something before. But then again, it was really old too. It was my mom's from when she worked in the graphic design industry- and as far as I know, that was before I was born.

Why am I blabbing? Basically I'm saying that I may be posting some digital art soon. I've made a few pictures already, but I don't know if I'd want to put them up on here or not. My gallery IS kinda empty.. As often as I show up on dA, I rarely post new artwork. It's a bit sad, especially considering how often I draw. I'm just lazy like that.

Thanksgiving Break starts next week! We're going to go up to Eureka again, and we'll probably leave either on Saturday or Sunday, depending on how clear the weather is (Dad's going to fly us up there). I remember last Thanksgiving, when I spent day after day sitting in my room switching between reading a book and playing Zelda: Oracle of Seasons (which I still haven't beat). It was so relaxing. I wonder if my parents will let me get away with that again this year?

HOLY CRAP JOURNAL SKINS!!!!!!!! And of course I'm using the Link one. It's so adorable!!

I have a project for Biology due on Wednesday, and I really should be working on that right now. But I don't really feel like it. After all, procrastination in the key to success!
